★ This is the "Vancouver Teddy" created by Steiff in 2010 to commemorate the Winter Olympics held in Vancouver. It's a cute teddy bear dressed as an ice skater, reflecting Canada's love for winter sports. To express the elegant dance of skating, the arms have a gentle angle from the elbows to the hands, and the legs are slender and long to suit the skating shoes. The transparent blue costume is accented with lace on the chest and a chiffon skirt. The skates can be removed, and the year and city name are embroidered on the soles of the feet.

I displayed it in a glass case in a place away from direct sunlight for about a month after purchase. After that, I carefully stored it in the included box. I think it's in good condition with no noticeable damage. The face has a youthful impression, but also a dignified feel as if challenging a glamorous competition, making her a strong-willed beauty. This is a charming limited edition Steiff bear, whether standing or sitting.
